The Process
4 simple steps
Schedule a Campus Tour
Visit us in person, meet our teachers, explore classrooms and outdoor spaces, and ask any questions. Tours are free and available Mon–Fri.
Complete the Application
Fill out our online enrollment form or request a paper application. We review availability and respond within 48 business hours.
Submit Required Documents
Provide immunization records, birth certificate/ID, emergency contacts, physician info, and your signed enrollment agreement.

Attend a brief orientation, meet your child's teacher, and begin your bright light journey. We'll support every step of the transition.

- ✓ Emergency contact list (minimum 2 contacts)
- ✓ Completed BLKC enrollment agreement

Tuition & Financial Assistance
Tuition is based on program, age group, and schedule. We accept Child Care Works (CCW), CCIS subsidies, and offer sibling discounts. Contact us for current rates and availability.

Common Questions
We enroll children from as young as 6 weeks through 12 years of age, covering Infant Care, Toddler, Preschool, Pre-K, Before/After School, and Summer Camp programs.
Yes! Several of our programs offer flexible full-time and part-time scheduling. Contact us to discuss which options are available for your preferred program and age group.
Required documents include your child's birth certificate or ID, up-to-date immunization records, emergency contact information, physician information, and a completed enrollment agreement.
Yes! We provide nutritious breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks daily. Meals follow USDA food program guidelines. Please notify us of any dietary restrictions or allergies.
We accept Child Care Works (CCW) and other state subsidy programs to help make quality care accessible to all families. Contact our office to learn more about qualification and application.
We maintain ratios at or better than PA state requirements: Infant 1:4, Young Toddler 1:5, Toddler 1:6, Preschool 1:8, Pre-K 1:10, School Age 1:12.
Children with fever (over 100°F), vomiting, diarrhea, or contagious illness must be kept home until symptom-free for 24 hours. We follow all PA DHS health policies.
